The ReportWatch research has been conducted annually since 1996; in 2021, its methodology has undergone significant changes. The number of reviewed annual reports of the world’s largest companies has fallen from 1,000 to 501, including only 60 companies outside Europe. The final ranking includes 341 companies ranked from A + to B +. In addition, in 2021, the list of criteria has significantly expanded, and financial sector companies are included in the ranking for the first time.
